We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 15 Days of purchase for an exchange.
Item bought on SALE CANNOT be exchanged.
Item can be exchanged through the Dispatch process.
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier on his own expense to our address.
Exchange Voucher of the item’s invoice value will be given to the customer asking for an exchange after we receive the parcel.
Refund only in case of faulty or defected product has been received and we do not have a replacement product.
